Vision On … what's happening to improve where you live

Wakefield District Partnership Open Days

Saturday 25th June 2005 - 10am until 3pm

Following the success of Vision On held in October 2004, the Partnership is hosting a two-day event in the Cathedral Precinct in Wakefield city centre.

This two-day event will be an opportunity to engage with the local community and for people to find out what's happening to improve where they live. The event will take the work of the Partnership and the Community Strategy closer to citizens and offer valuable information about the work of the partnership and how individuals can get involved.

The event will also provide an opportunity for members of the Wakefield District Partnership to promote activities and projects that contribute towards the delivery of the Community Strategy. Partners will be taking an active role in the event with displays, activities and practical demonstrations taking place around the five challenges within the Strategy.

Everyone is welcome to come along.
